What to Expect
We don’t start building until we know exactly what needs to be built. Here’s how every engagement works — from
your first conversation with us to the moment we hand you the keys.
STEP 01
Book a Discovery Call
A free 30-minute call where we learn about your business, your goals, and what’s not working. We’ll ask questions about
your brand, your audience, your current systems, and where you want to go. By the end of the call, we’ll know whether
we’re the right fit and which engagement makes sense for you.
STEP 02
Receive Your Custom Proposal
Within 3 business days of your discovery call, you’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining: the scope of work, the specific
deliverables, the timeline, the investment, and the payment structure. No surprises. Everything is documented before we
begin.
STEP 03
Sign & Begin
Once the proposal is approved and the deposit is received, we schedule your kickoff session. This is where we go deep
— brand discovery, audience mapping, vision clarification, and building the blueprint for everything that follows
STEP 04
The Build
This is where the work happens. Depending on your package, this includes brand development, website design, content
creation, strategy sessions, and system setup. You’ll have scheduled check-ins throughout so nothing is built in a
vacuum. We build with you, not just for you.
STEP 05
Review & Refine
Every deliverable goes through a review process. You see the work, give feedback, and we refine until it’s right. We don’t
hand you something half-done and call it finished.
STEP 06
Handoff & Launch
Final deliverables are packaged and transferred to you with full documentation. If your package includes a launch
strategy, we’ll walk you through the rollout plan. You leave with everything you need to move forward with confidence.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the package. The Cornerstone is 8–10 weeks. The Blueprint is 10–12 weeks. The Tebah is 16–20 weeks.
Book development ranges from 6–22 weeks depending on the tier. We’ll give you an exact timeline in your proposal.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans are available on all build packages over $7,500, structured over 2–3 months. Brand Audits and
retainers are paid in full or monthly.
I’m not sure which service I need.
Start with the Brand Audit ($397). It’s a diagnostic session that will tell you exactly where your brand stands and what
needs to be built next. Most clients move into a full build within 30 days of their audit.
Do you work with churches and non-profits?
Yes. We serve entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, non-profits, ministries, and organizational leaders. If you’re building
something that needs to last, we can help.
Can I just get a website without the full brand package?
Our build packages are designed so every piece works together. A website without clear messaging and a brand system
behind it won’t convert. That said, start with the Brand Audit and we’ll identify the right scope for where you are.
What if I already have a brand but need to rebuild?
The Brand Audit is designed exactly for this. We’ll review what you have, identify what’s working and what’s not, and give
you a prioritized rebuild roadmap.
